LEAD Recovery Center provides two types of service: The LEAD Transitional living program for young adults who are usually transitioning from primary treatment/wilderness and coed Outpatient substance abuse treatment.
The outpatient services provide clinical support utilizing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy and case management.
The LEAD transitional living program is an innovative program for young adults that incorporates the outpatient program into a distinct C.L.E.A.R. focus approach and is built upon principles for achieving long term success.
C linical Individual, family and group therapy sessions, health assessments, medication management, neurofeedback (VCAT), etc
L ife Skills personal coach, life skills curriculum, budgeting, education, employment, meal planning, problem solving, anger management, transportation arrangements.
E xecutive Function, focusing on neuro development to support follow through, goal setting, long term goal achievement, planning etc.
A dventure daily physical gym, weekend activities, outdoor expeditions offer the young adults naturally gained growth opportunities, sunshine and sober fun
R elapse prevention: We emphasize key teachable moments during the transition through each phase of the program, where the power of negative patterns is overcome. Our program is there during the key moments where individuals are the most susceptible to learning.
The program consists of a strong emphasis on clinical treatment, life skills mastery, and immersive experiential learning. The focus of our program is healthy transitions. Therefore, we provide a seven days per week and and 24 hours per day program, each phase building on increased independence and autonomy. The program focuses on continuous experience in order to meet life as it occurs and to learn in these moments.
